Join to apply for the Production Supervisor role at LHH Production Supervisor Responsibilities The resource will be responsible for the daily management of multiple production departments, ensuring the respect of production, quality and safety targets, with a direct presence in the department and operational coordination of personnel. Manage and supervise the activities of multiple production departments, ensuring the respect of work programs and company standards. Coordinate operational personnel: assignment of activities, control of progress and monitoring of ongoing work. Collaborate with production planning for the definition of workloads and management of priorities. Monitor daily working times and methods, intervening promptly in case of critical issues or anomalies. Ensure compliance with safety, environment and quality regulations. Use SAP for the registration and monitoring of production data (preferential knowledge). Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives. Your Profile Requirements Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, management or related fields). 2/3 years of experience in production in structured manufacturing contexts. Excellent operational coordination and resource management skills. Preferential knowledge of the SAP management system. Good organizational skills, operational problem-solving and results-oriented. Attitude to team work and management of complex operational situations.
