Position: Your role as DevOps Engineer You will become part of our DevOps team and work side by side with the Information Systems team, the Architecture team, and the Configuration Managers of the various development teams. You will be responsible for optimizing automation pipelines and workflows, enhancing security, performance, and system reliability. You will have a central role in the evolution of cloud and on-prem infrastructures, leveraging the potential of our proprietary data center. Requirements: Fundamental Requirements We are looking for a curious and passionate DevOps Engineer, eager to build robust, automated, and scalable solutions. We want to meet someone who has already gained solid experience in the role and wants to grow with us, putting their skills at the service of challenging and innovative projects. In particular, we would like to meet people who have: Experience in designing and implementing Kubernetes-based solutions, in on-premise or public cloud infrastructures Experience with container runtime platforms (e.g., Docker, Cri-o) Experience with Infrastructure As Code methodologies and related tools (e.g., Terraform) Experience with GitOps methodologies and related tools (e.g., ArgoCD) Experience in Linux system administration Experience in automating tasks through scripting (e.g., Bash, Powershell, Python) Good knowledge of DNS system functioning principles Good knowledge in the Networking area (routing, switching, VLAN, virtual networks, TLS protocol) Good knowledge in the field of X.509 certificate management: issuance, installation, renewal Good knowledge of security principles and practices in infrastructure resource management, applications, and identities (e.g., Least Privilege and RBAC) Experience in CI/CD pipeline and related automation tools (e.g., Tekton, Jenkins) Experience with hardware virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere) Good knowledge of the English language At least 2 years of continuous experience in the role It will be a plus if you have: It is not necessary to possess all these skills, but if you have gained experience or followed training courses in some of these areas, it will be a real added value for us: Experience in implementing and managing logging, tracing, and alerting solutions (e.g., Opentelemetry, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Tempo, Grafana) Experience in installing and managing the RedHat OpenShift platform Experience in managing the life cycle of application secrets (e.g., Hashicorp Vault and Sops Editor) Good knowledge of at least one automation and configuration management tool (e.g., Ansible) Knowledge of Azure Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), identity management, and access control Experience in installing, configuring, and automating load balancers and reverse proxies, such as HAProxy Good knowledge of the ACME protocol in the field of certificate issuance (e.g., ACME challenge DNS-01, Let’s Encrypt) Experience in managing and configuring SAST tools (e.g., Sonarqube and Dependency Track) Experience with PaaS and SaaS services from major cloud providers (e.g., Azure Api Management, Azure Sql, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Sentinel, Azure Application Gateway with WAF) Good knowledge of DevSecOps principles and practices (e.g., Shift Left Security, SAST, DAST, Threat Modeling) Good knowledge of application security frameworks (e.g., OWASP ASVS) Knowledge of Agile methodologies Experience gained, even in backend software development, within agile teams, in particular on the Microsoft .NET Framework and/or .Net Core and C# language Three-year or specialized degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent) Other information: What you will find here: An organization that truly puts people at the center, not just in words.
