Position Purpose As Civil QC Supervisor, reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will be part of the Energy Carriers team at Bioraffineria di Livorno, managing and supporting a team of 5 personnel. Responsibilities Check Quality Control Plans related to civil activities. Ensure availability and adequacy of consumables, equipment, and instrumentation used for civil works. Verify proper receipt, storage, calibration, handling, identification, and traceability of materials and equipment. Support qualification evaluation of inspection personnel and verify work procedures, including those for special processes. Assist in defining QC Information System rules. Supervise inspections, review reports and documentation, and ensure collection of Quality Records. Ensure tests, controls, and inspections are performed according to plans, and proper documentation is collected for mechanical completion and project records. For subcontracted activities, verify correct implementation of Quality Control Plans and witness inspections. Manage documentation certifying tests, controls, and inspections, ensuring records are retrievable within the final As-Built dossier. Oversee preparation of the Quality Works Dossier for final handover. Verify NCR management processes are in place and effective. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within oil and gas. Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of industry regulations, data analysis, process management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Database Management and System Administration.
