The person will be inserted at the Hotel Concordia. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and positive person with excellent relational skills, emotional leadership, and consolidated expertise in the restaurant sector. The Restaurant Manager is the operational point of reference for the restaurant area: they guide and inspire their team, guaranteeing impeccable service and a memorable experience for every guest. The role involves the complete management of the restaurant sector, both operationally and organizationally, in close collaboration with department heads. The figure will coordinate all outlets in the structure: Bistrot with panoramic terrace Dining room dedicated to hotel guests Fine Dining restaurant with gourmet menu The group's concept combines tradition and innovation, merging hospitality and fashion into a unique and distinctive hospitality experience.
