About This Opportunity Collect data, analyse process levels and implement activities on main KPI through statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, TPM, etc), identifying the best alternatives in order to maximize efficiency, quality, spoilage and cost reduction Main duties Development of process performance indicators (KPIs) and Process Monitoring Development and trials of new technologies in order to guarantee the final quality of the production. Search constantly the process continuous improvement through new technologies implementation and preventive maintenance activities. Use appropriate Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis tools to provide appropriate information for data-driven decisions Development and implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) to control and measure the efficiencies, evaluating the equipment, methods of measurements, consumables and spoilage Collect data and analyze process levels of efficiency identifying the bests alternatives in order to maximize efficiency, quality and reduce costs Work according to Hygiene and Food Safety rules as well as Health and Safety regulations and procedures as specified in our procedures Key result areas Continuous improvement Process Performance Process Monitoring Job dimensions Collaboration with Department Operators and mechanics Collaboration with Quality team and Technical Office Direct report Engineering Manager Job Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of principles and applications associated with manufacturing operations including SPC, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED and Lean Manufacturing Languages: Good knowledge of English Project management skills Team approach Advanced knowledge of PC’s and software programs Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Good knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety and Health and Safety rules and Environmental regulations Key competencies (management behaviours) Standard Setting Openness to new Ideas Customer Orientation Problem Solving Skills Communication Teamwork Respect for People Operative work Spend time in production What can we offer you? the opportunity to build a career in a multi-cultural environment to be rewarded fairly and promoted based on merit and performance professional and personal development through training and work experiences strong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employees Join our team and benefit from being part of a larger, more diverse global network while advancing your career in an industry that constantly shapes the future.
