Responsibilities: Payment Management: Review and complete all corporate payments, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Ensure timely processing. Contract Reviewing: Conduct thorough contract reviews from a financial perspective, focusing on cash inflow and outflow. Financial Reporting: Perform monthly accounting postings and closures, and prepare related reports upon request. Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, submit monthly financial forecasts, and perform variance analyses as needed. Financial Document Management: Maintain financial records in accordance with local tax laws and company policies. Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities for timely tax filings and compliance; review local tax returns for accuracy; support tax audits and resolve issues. Audit and Internal Controls: Assist in audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal standards. Other financial duties as assigned, including providing updates and reports to management, coordinating with banks and departments to resolve issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field. Familiarity with local accounting standards, proficient in Excel and office software; SAP experience preferred; ACCA or local CPA preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting. Excellent communication skills, SOP summarization skills, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous learning.
