Farming Sales Manager

We are seeking a Farming Sales Manager for our office in Milano . As a Farming Sales Manager at Twy, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing the existing BPO client portfolio, with a particular focus on long-term clients; Identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategies for their acquisition; Maintaining a direct relationship with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions; Collaborating with the marketing and operational team to ensure effective alignment between sales and services offered. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the Sales sector of BPO or in the operational sector of BPO, preferably in a Team Leader role or in operational responsibility positions (Service Manager or Operation Manager); Solid experience in client management and long-term relationship maintenance; Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; In-depth understanding of operational processes within BPO and the ability to optimize them; Results-oriented and ability to work towards objectives; Strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of performance metrics (KPI); Knowledge of the English language (preferable); Availability for travel, for client visits and company site visits.
