Finance Manager

For a multinational group divided in different BU, for its BU Lifescience, we are looking for a CONTROLLING MANAGER for PMI The reality just acquired and becoming part of the group is undergoing a deep transformation to upgrade its finance processes. Key Responsibilities: The candidate will work to upgrade the finance processes, focusing on: Accounting: aligning the company with the monthly fast closing reporting of the group, including both P&L, Balance Sheet and management comments. Controlling: build a sales, cost and profitability internal report to analyze performance as a support to take strategic decisions. Finance and Treasury: focus mainly on operating working capital optimization, considering that the company will enter the cash pooling of the Group. A key task will be defining needs in terms of financial processes, to select and follow the implementation of a new ERP. The Finance manager will also be involved in the implementation of the group’s policies, for example Sustainability. The role will report to the MD. Qualifications: Master degree in Business Administration & Economics or equivalent degree. Fluent in English Proven experience in finance management, with a track record of process improvement and ERP implementation. Strong understanding of financial control, reporting, and net working capital optimization. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
