You will have the opportunity to manage a group of people and help them grow with you, achieving specific objectives. You will be dedicated to a single client, one of the world's leading tobacco manufacturers, with the flexibility to organize your work according to your interests and commitments. You will provide support for a project related to the launch of a new product in the heated tobacco category: Ploom X. Thanks to your charisma, you will have the opportunity to coordinate a team of people, helping them develop their potential and grow professionally; you will manage the activity within a territory assigned to you, with the goal of achieving and constantly improving sales results. How? Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Ploom Ambassadors; Presiding over specific channels to create engagement opportunities with customers; Supervising the continuous training of the team; Supporting your colleagues in the field to share best practices; Identifying and interpreting data and information useful for achieving the set objectives. Requirements: If you are the right person, you have a great propensity towards interpersonal relationships and, consequently, know how to give value to your leadership. You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar or analogous role; You are comfortable managing a work team; You have extensive knowledge of the reference territory; You have made numerous strategic contacts in the events world or have a large and potential network to cultivate and develop in the territory; You pay constant attention to details and KPIs to improve activity performance; You have excellent communication and persuasive skills; You have a B driver's license (and know how to drive seriously!) and have a means of transport available; You are organized and take initiative easily.
