The Sales Manager is responsible for all sales activities in the designated region (Italy, including Pescara and Southern Italy). The focus is to create profitable growth by identifying customer needs and fulfilling these needs by providing and selling outstanding customer solutions. The role reports to the Sales Director EMEA and collaborates closely with the 2nd line service team and other sales managers. Responsibilities Manage the whole sales process from customer acquisition, price and contract negotiation to follow-up and evaluation of the customer experience Support aftermarket strategies to increase customer satisfaction and profitable revenue growth Deploy NBS Next to achieve profitable growth targets Own top customer relationship management and development Own reporting to track all sales metrics and pipeline management Continuously analyze market and customer data and needs to optimize aftermarket activities Maintain granular understanding of top accounts’ requirements, trends, risks, opportunities and satisfaction Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations to assist with customer opportunities, resolve issues, and planning Collaborate with marketing to support development of sales strategies, tools and tactics Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration 5 years of experience in sales and key account management within the industry Experience with top customer/contract negotiations Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Italian) Strong relationship-building skills Excellent selling skills to identify and close opportunities Strong customer passion Good problem solving, analytical and business skills "Getting things done" attitude and strong owner mindset Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CRM tools, and related technologies Frequent travel within the region (up to 50%) Benefits We offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
