You will be responsible for developing innovative product strategies for the entertainment lighting market. Responsibilities: Own the full product lifecycle from concept and development through launch and end-of-life for assigned lighting products Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely, well-branded, and effective product launches Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to bring products to market on schedule and within budget Collect customer and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and updates Monitor and report on product performance and market feedback post-launch Requisiti: Requirements: 6 years of product management experience, ideally within lighting, electronics, or a related field. Strong experience developing and managing product documentation to support both internal and external stakeholders. Proven track record of successful product launches in collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
