PROJECT LEADER (THIENE)

Join to apply for the PROJECT LEADER (THIENE) role at Gruppo Maggioli We are seeking a Project Leader for our Thiene office, who will be responsible for the technical management of customer projects, supporting the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will define software requirements and integration methods with the customer's systems, plan and assign tasks to developers, ensure the quality of technical solutions, and interface with the Project Manager and customer for architectural, technological, and integration choices. Responsibilities: Technical coordination of the development team; Supervision of software architecture and technological choices; Assignment of technical tasks and support to the team in daily activities; Monitoring of the project's technical progress and risk management; Creation/validation of technical documentation; Requirements: Degree and/or diploma in a technical field (preferably computer science or electronics); Excellent customer management skills and ability to work with people; Ability to mediate between developers and customers; Leadership and mentoring skills; Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in software development and architecture design; Knowledge of microservices application development in a Cloud environment (Kubernetes, Pod, Message Broker, Event-driven, Pattern CQRS); Knowledge of Java web application architectures (Spring Boot, OpenApi, RestApi); What We Offer: Flexible working hours and smart working; Company conventions; Training events and courses; Meal vouchers; We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
