Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is a leading provider of treasury and cash management solutions serving more than 100,000 clients globally, from middle-market businesses to large corporate and financial institutions. We leverage technology to help clients manage working capital and day-to-day treasury needs. Programme Overview We are looking for entrepreneurial, technology-passionate, client-focused individuals to join a six-month analyst programme in GPS to learn how we transform treasury and cash management solutions for clients. What Your Time Will Look Like With Us Be aligned with projects for either the Sales or Product teams within GPS as a Treasury Sales / Product Analyst, engaging directly with clients and technology-focused work. Early exposure to client meetings (virtual or in-person) and contributions to growth and winning new business. Learn how money moves globally and how GPS solutions support transaction flows for major institutions. Understand the end-to-end GPS lifecycle: product development, commercialization, client proposals, pricing and legal negotiation, client onboarding/implementation, and ongoing relationships. Collaborate with GPS stakeholders across product areas, Commercial and Corporate Banking, and support teams in Sales Enablement, Servicing, Compliance and Technology. Develop technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and P&L analysis, while building communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Responsibilities You will be aligned with and work on projects for either the Sales and Product teams within GPS; contribute to client-driven and technology-focused initiatives. Attend client meetings and support efforts to win and grow business. Engage with GPS product areas and internal/external stakeholders to implement product visions. Training and Development Extensive formal training at the start, including finance fundamentals and cash management products/solutions. Buddy and mentor support, plus a wide network across the floor to navigate the corporate environment. On-the-job experience on live projects across Sales and Product, including presentations, data analysis, and client meetings. Proactive, resourceful, and able to collaborate across teams to win business and resolve client issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of how technology products meet client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. High integrity and professionalism at all times. Eligibility Penultimate or ultimate year of study pursuing a degree from an accredited university. Open to diverse degree disciplines, including arts, humanities, economics, and mathematics. Fluency in English and Italian is essential. A BA/BS degree with graduation between September 2026 and July 2027. Minimum UCAS points (or equivalent) and aiming for a 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
