Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 2-5 years of experience in complex Wealth Management and Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate has strong skills in managing initiatives related to Asset Management and Investments , with a focus on digitalization , regulatory compliance (e.g., MiFID II), and process improvement. Responsibilities Manage complex projects supporting digital transformation and innovation in Wealth Management, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Analyze and optimize business processes related to Asset Management and Investments, translating client needs into functional and technical requirements. Collaborate on developing innovative solutions for financial advisory process optimization and regulatory compliance (e.g., MiFID II, IDD). Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients and technology partners to ensure strategic and operational alignment. Oversee project phases from design to implementation and go-live, ensuring successful delivery. Requirements Education: Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 2-5 years in consulting roles related to Wealth Management, Investments, or asset management. Certifications: Knowledge of traditional (Waterfall) and Agile project management methodologies; PMP or PSM certifications are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software. Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
