Overview The Optima Solutions Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the supply of materials to key automotive OEM sites, managing all aspects of material planning to ensure continuous availability of materials in order to meet the customer’s production requirements. Italian (Original): Lo/La Specialista Logistico di Optima Solutions è responsabile di supportare la fornitura di materiali ai principali siti OEM automobilistici, occupandosi di tutti gli aspetti della pianificazione dei materiali per garantire la disponibilità continua degli stessi, in modo da soddisfare i requisiti produttivi del cliente. Responsibilities Lavora all’interno di un ampio team di processo, coordinando le attività di logistica e supply chain e collaborando strettamente con gli altri membri del team di assistenza del reparto verniciatura. Collabora con il cliente per valutare la domanda prevista, effettuare previsioni a lungo termine e coordinare le necessità di materiali per tutti i prodotti forniti al cliente. Supporta il coordinamento della consegna dei prodotti PPG al sito del cliente. Garantisce che il cliente possa sempre rispettare il proprio piano di produzione avendo il materiale disponibile in loco. Assiste nella gestione dei livelli di stock, assicurandosi che non si accumulino materiali obsoleti. Supporta il coordinamento delle esaurizioni di materiali e organizza l’introduzione di nuovi materiali. Aiuta nell’analisi e nella reportistica dei consumi mensili e delle tendenze dei costi per unità, confrontando usi effettivi e pianificati, e l’utilizzo per modello. Comprende la relazione tra le produzioni storiche e quelle future. Supporta le attività di fatturazione e il monitoraggio delle fatture relative ai materiali. English (Original): Works within a large process team, coordinating logistics and supply chain activities and collaborating closely with other members of the paint shop support team. Works with the customer to assess projected demand, perform long-term forecasting, and coordinate the material needs for all products supplied to the customer. Supports the coordination of the delivery of PPG products to the customer site. Ensures that the customer can always meet their production plan by having the material available on site. Assists in managing stock levels, ensuring that obsolete materials do not accumulate. Supports the coordination of material run-outs and organizes the introduction of new materials. Assists in the analysis and reporting of monthly consumption and cost per unit trends, comparing actual versus planned usage, and usage by model. Understands the relationship between historical and future production. Supports invoicing activities and the tracking of material-related invoices.
