Your Role And Responsibilities You will be responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support Procurement department activities. Each day, you will lead/support process improvement teams. You will also develop and communicate periodic trend and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Supporting the development and implementation of regional/global sourcing strategies in close alignment with the global Category leader. Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions. Running benchmark studies for the category team and for specific sourcing initiatives. Creating local contract amendments to frame agreements on behalf of a country and updates/maintains frame contracts. Supporting regional/global sourcing initiatives within a defined set of categories, working closely with key stakeholders to implement regional category strategies. On-boarding new suppliers in close collaboration with the respective local buyer and running regular supplier evaluations and providing supplier reports to Businesses and Category Managers. Fostering communication internally, externally, and between different Divisions, Business Units and Functions; supporting the implementation of PL activities and initiatives in the Region/Country through this clear communication. Qualifications For The Role Teamwork skills and demonstrated flexibility. Enhanced knowledge of the Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
