Helpdesk support: answering user requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and providing ongoing assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. Requirements Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT system management, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
