Job Description
Greet and register patients with a professional and welcoming attitude. Schedule and manage patient appointments using clinic systems. Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding clinic services. Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments. Collect, organize, and submit required insurance documents. Provide patients with clear, accurate information about insurance procedures. Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims, approvals, and follow-ups. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of insurance claims. Assist patients in resolving issues related to insurance claims. Support doctors and clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Prior experience in healthcare, insurance processing, or administrative roles is a plus. Basic understanding of medical insurance processes (claim submission, verification, etc.) is an advantage. High level of reliability, punctuality, and customer service orientation.
