About The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Handheld Scanning Business Unit . In this hybrid role, you’ll lead one or more product lines, owning strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plans. You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure our solutions deliver real market value. Key Responsibilities Drive product and marketing strategy across assigned lines Create marketing materials and sales tools Train global sales teams and support key accounts Define product specs in collaboration with R&D Analyze customer needs and market trends Develop pricing, business cases, and profitability plans Manage key third-party and partner relationships Support planning and lifecycle management What We’re Looking For Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar (Master’s a plus) 2–5 years in Product Management or Marketing roles Fluent in English and Italian Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working cross-functionally and customer-facing Comfortable translating technical info for different audiences Willingness to travel Nice to Have Experience in R&D or Program Management Knowledge of retail tech or AIDC products Familiarity with SAP ERP, IBM Jazz, or similar tools Why Datalogic?
