Junior Software Application Engineer

Overview RINA is recruiting for a Junior Software Application Engineer to join its office in La Spezia within the Digital Technology and Cybersecurity Division. Mission: RINA Consulting is looking for a Software Engineer to provide support to engineers in designing solutions, products, machines, systems or structures, respecting time, budget, and quality requirements. Key Accountabilities Software Development: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software development best practices. Interface the product/project managers to receive technical requirements to be implemented Testing and Deployment: Support the V&V team during testing and validation activities for defect analysis. Analyze and solve detected problems implementing the needed corrections Documentation: Document APIs, and implementation details. Maintain technical documentation and diagrams related to the software applications. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Qualifications Knowledge of the C/C++ programming language. Experience in embedded software Experience in multi-task and multi-threaded application development. Good written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
