Make a difference as Technician External Trials – Breeding Support As a Technician External Trials, you’ll support our breeding efforts by managing crop trials and collecting essential data. Your work will help us determine the feasibility of new crop varieties. Plan trial activities such as sowing, transplanting and harvesting with the breeding team and external growers. Collect phenotypic data on plant and fruit traits, and report findings in a timely manner. Carry out sowing, planting and harvesting at external trial locations. Care for crops and ensure their health and quality throughout the trial period. Follow phytosanitary protocols to maintain trial integrity. Consult with breeders about crop development and data progress. Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment. You may also lead, coach and motivate team members. What You Bring As a Future Colleague Experience or interest in crop care and agricultural trials. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills for reporting and consultation. Commitment to safety and protocol compliance. Willingness to work in outdoor environments. A proactive and hands-on attitude.
