Responsibilities Installing, configuring, and supporting desktop applications and environments Performing routine server maintenance, including patching, monitoring, and updates Supporting Citrix infrastructure (XenApp/Xen Desktop) Providing first-level support for networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Performing basic administration tasks on Microsoft SQL Server (user management, backups, monitoring) Supporting meeting room technologies including video conferencing systems, AV equipment, and scheduling tools Collaborating with business teams to support core processes such as procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Creating reports and performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Access Documenting technical procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Supporting ICT-related activities within project and portfolio management frameworks Qualifications Technical Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in system administration and desktop support in enterprise environments Basic knowledge of networking protocols and server infrastructure Familiarity with Citrix environments and remote desktop technologies Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Access (queries, reports) Understanding of business processes such as procurement and financial operations Comfort in supporting meeting room tools Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Remote work opportunity with the request to go to the office once a month Working with us We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
