About the role: We are seeking an AWS Business Development Specialist focused on AWS Business . The candidate will be responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and driving them in specific strategic segments, aligning with marketing on MDF (Market Development Funds) and collaborating with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Growing profitable market share by executing the Cloud Business Unit strategy under clear managerial guidance. Leveraging relationships to generate new business in AWS, focusing on IaaS and PaaS portfolios . Implementing a customer engagement strategy and utilizing TD SYNNEX resources to help customers meet their strategic objectives. Owning quarterly vendor business planning and reviews and ensuring execution. Proposing selling strategies that maintain margin integrity . Enabling sales teams to increase share of wallet and market share . Developing AWS Marketplace opportunities . Focusing on specific markets. Candidate requirements: 7 years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor roles at a business development level. Prior experience with AWS or other Hyperscalers is highly valued. AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification. AWS Associate Solution Architect is a plus. Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Mother tongue: Italian.
