Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an HR Manager or Business Manager, preferably in the IT sector. Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training. Strong problem-solving skills, reasoning ability, and good independent judgment.
