We’re looking for a passionate and skilled: Technical Service Specialist Why This Role Matters As a Technical Service Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of our mission—ensuring our diagnostic instruments perform at their best to support accurate and timely patient care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and upgrading our systems, supporting installations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. What You’ll Do Be the first line of support for Abbott Ambassadors, resolving service issues efficiently (under 4 hours labor time). Plan and execute maintenance activities to ensure optimal instrument performance. Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations , contributing to seamless transitions for our clients. Support hardware and software upgrades (TSBs) to keep systems up to date. How Success is Measured Customer satisfaction (NPS) Achievement of service KPIs Contribution to economic growth and profitability in your district What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in: Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, or Clinical Engineering 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical service role Proven ability to engage with lab staff and healthcare professionals Strong technical expertise in diagnostic instruments Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in analytical tools and software Why Abbott?
