Apply now for the position of Business Partner Manager Central & South Italy for our Ultrasound business and you will ensure the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified area. Key Responsibilities Implement sales guidelines and set clear sales targets for your team. Develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts that align with the overall sales strategy. Manage budget completion and provide regular sales reports. Ensure excellence in CRM usage and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Cooperate with the Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management teams to strategically position products and services. Champion a customer-centric approach and help initiate and plan customer-focused product developments or projects. Manage assigned organizational units and lead dedicated staff. Proactively scout new business partners and agents, in line with company directives. May act as a direct seller for private negotiations and deals within the assigned territory when needed. Preferred candidate locations: Lazio (Roma) or Campania (Napoli). Your expertise Experience: 5 years in a sales role, with a strong background in ultrasound and other medical devices, including both public and private sector clients. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the ultrasound market, especially in cardiology and radiology. Qualifications: Master’s degree in biomedical engineering or a similar field is a plus. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, result-driven, initiative-taking, collaborative team player, and able to meet high-performance targets and deadlines in a dynamic setting. Travel: Flexible and willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory and across the country. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
