Quality Assurance

Overview We are looking for a Quality Assurance to oversee and coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring the highest quality standards across production processes. The role will lead a small team, driving strategic actions and projects to improve quality performance, while collaborating closely with plant leadership, production, engineering, and procurement to simplify processes and strengthen execution. Responsibilities Define and implement strategies to reduce financial impact from quality issues, with continuous improvement targets. Drive effective Corrective and Preventive Actions. Support internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with qualification and surveillance processes. Reduce defects and quality escapes in production and at external suppliers. Lead escalation meetings with Operations, Engineering, and Procurement. Foster technical growth and a strong quality culture within the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline. Solid experience in Manufacturing, QMS/QA/QC, or Operations roles. Proven background as a QA/QC or Operations Leader within Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) markets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-driven mindset. Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term goals. Fluent in English. Technical know-how in energy-related topics . Workplace: Tuscany. J-18808-Ljbffr
