We are looking for a EMEA Retail Marketing & CRM to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the EMEA Region Director and functionally to the Head of EMEA Marketing & PR. He / She coordinates regionally the EMEA sub-regional Marketing & PR managers in order to guide the definition and supervise the execution of EMEA Dealers’ marketing plans in accordance to the EMEA guidelines and objectives. Also coordinate and manage CRM & Digital activities on the EMEA Region. Main activities: Guide the definition and supervise the execution of EMEA dealers’ marketing plans in accordance with field marketing managers, by: monitoring all Dealer marketing objectives and performance targets managing and supporting EMEA sub-regional Marketing & PR managers providing them the guidelines and reporting activities tasks. regularly reviews dealer marketing plans review of objectives and targets during the year to align with the overall strategy work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure marketing plans align with sales objective ensures that plans are respected and results are in line with given targets create innovative regional dealer marketing initiatives develop a comprehensive co-op program and successfully implement it on the region supervises the correct application of brand guidelines cooperates with the people in charge of digital communication in HQ in order to manage the information flow locally (e.g. twitter, FB local official page, etc.) and to coordinate the promotion of local events through corporate communication channels. Motorsport and corporate dynamic events defines targets for dealers (in terms of number of participants amongst clients, prospects, dealers’ guests) guarantees that targets are met ensure the Dealers support to Squadra Corse for activities organized in the assigned markets Coordinate and manage CRM & Digital activities on the EMEA region, in particular: Develop the digital strategy for the region and supervise the implementation on local markets Ensure all processes are monitored and lead/client management procedures are in line with company guidelines Supervise the implementation of new systems (CRM, Reporting) and guarantee all dealers are aligned Supervise all activities related to data collection are properly performed from dealers and field managers Develop and monitor KPIs and identify follow up actions in accordance with the field mangers Support defining the Variable Margin policies and align dealers on overall targets Train and constant support to dealers Coordinate new projects with impact on dealers (i.e. new Owner’s club) About you University degree – MBA preferred 5 years of experience in Marketing for premium or luxury automotive manufacturer Italian and English knowledge Effective communication Team Work What we offer Flexible working Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood program Specific job posting for internal employees Access to qualified Learning paths Development programs If you are interested in taking a new professional opportunity, please submit your application by October 13th.
