Richieste di babysitter a Siena

We are visiting Siena for 2 months. We would like to do some italian lessons and exercise so need day time help with the 1yo and also intermittent evening help once a fortnight while we go out for dinner etc. We have 8yo and 14yo that will be home in the evenings but the day time care is just for the 1yo
