Architect with AI We’re seeking an Architect with strong design sensibility and hands-on AI implementation skills . You’ll translate concepts into sketch options, renders and Augmented Reality (AR) Virtual Reality (VR) materials for sales and marketing. What you’ll do Concept-to-option generation: Turn briefs into rapid design alternatives using generative AI (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion/SDXL, DALL·E) parametric tools. BIM/CAD integration: Connect AI outputs to Rhino Grasshopper and/or Revit Dynamo for geometry handoff and iteration loops. Design assets at speed: Create sketches, moodboards, typological variants, and presentation decks for competitions. Must-have Degree in Architecture and portfolio showing strong conceptual design and visual storytelling. Proven use of generative AI for architecture : Midjourney and/or Stable Diffusion (SDXL), with control tools (ControlNet) or node graphs (ComfyUI/Automatic1111). Proficiency in Rhino and/or Revit. Solid graphic skills (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign). Ability to set criteria, filter AI outputs, and make clear architectural decisions—not just operate tools. Comfortable documenting workflows and collaborating in a small, fast team. Nice to have Python for Rhino/Grasshopper or Dynamo; basic API usage (OpenAI/Stability/Replicate). Experience with BIM/CAD automation , Revit API, or custom exporters. Real-time/visualization: Blender , Unreal , Enscape , or Twinmotion .
