Software Project Manager

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Software Project Manager Responsibilities : Plan, manage, and deliver software projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and task scheduling. Lead software development teams (developers, testers, UI/UX, business analysts) to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders. Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are followed before delivery. Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum or other software project management methodologies. Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and third-party providers if applicable. Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future projects. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years of project management experience in software development or IT projects. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
