Program Manager (f/m/d) Predictive & Notifications To realize the PALFINGER GLOBAL SERVICE VISION where "Service becomes plannable and predictable" we're shifting from reactive to predictive service. This transformation unlocks data-driven revenue opportunities and requires strong coordination, requirements engineering, and project management. We are looking for a Program Manager (f/m/d) Predictive & Notifications a proactive, collaborative bridge-builder who can turn ideas into actionable requirements and drive them to implementation. You'll work closely with experts across PALFINGER Global and Corporate Functions, helping align efforts and lift untapped potential YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the development and implementation of condition monitoring, notifications, and predictive service across PALFINGER * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, align, and prioritize requirements for predictive service use cases * Analyze customer journey, technical capabilities, and market needs to define high-impact projects * Manage projects from concept to delivery ensuring scope, quality, budget, and schedule compliance * Continuously explore and integrate innovative machine learning and data science methods into predictive service offerings YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent * Minimum 2 years' experience in machine data analysis, data analytics, or condition monitoring, ideally in construction machinery * Strong understanding of complex mechatronic systems and hydraulics * Commercial mindset with strong customer focus and goal orientation * Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills WE OFFER * Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy * Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER * Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment.
