Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/einen qualifizierte(n) ProduktmangerIn für IVD Systeme (w/m/d) Deine Aufgaben: * Markt- und Trendbeobachtung für diagnostische Assays & Systeme im Bereich In-vitro- Diagnostik (IVD). * Kundenanalyse und Anforderungsmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit biomedizinischen AnalytikerInnen (BMA), LaborleiterInnen und Vertriebspartner. * Entwicklung und Betreuung neuer Produktkonzepte im Bereich Laborinstrumentation & IVD-Assay-Entwicklung (z. B. klinische Chemie, Immunoassays). * Zusammenarbeit mit F&E sowie externen Key Opinion Leaders zur Identifikation relevanter Features, Innovationen & Trends. * Proaktive Kommunikation mit End-Usern im Feld, Studien- und Vertriebspartnern (zB. Kundenbesuche, Teilnahme an Messen) * Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen und fachliche Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Marketing, inkl. Erstellung von Inhalten für Fachzeitschriften, Marketingmaterial und Kongresse. Dein Profil: * Erfahrung aus der Laborpraxis (z. B. als BMA, MTA oder in der entsprechenden Umgebung). * Kenntnisse im Bereich aktueller IVD-Assay-Trends * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Erfahrung mit Marktanalysen und der Erstellung von Fachartikeln für Labormedien und Kongresse von Vorteil. * Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit Deine Ausbildung: * Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisch-technisches Studium, idealerweise mit Ausbildung in biomedizinischer Analytik, Laborleitung oder F&E im IVD-Umfeld. To build up our product management team, located in Graz - Austria, we are looking for a Product manager for IVD systems What will you do? * Market and trend monitoring for diagnostic assays & systems in the field of in-vitro diagnostics (IVD). * Customer-needs analysis and requirements management in close coordination with biomedical analysts (BMA), laboratory managers, and sales partners. * Development and support of new product concepts in the area of laboratory instrumentation & IVD assay development (e.g. clinical chemistry, immunoassays). * Collaboration with R&D as well as external key opinion leaders to identify relevant features, innovations & trends * Proactive communication with end-users in the field, as well as with study and sales partners (e.g. customer visits, participation at trade fairs). * Conducting competitive analyses and providing subject-specific support to sales and marketing, including the creation of content for professional journals, marketing materials, and conferences. What do you bring? * Experience in laboratory practice (e.g. as a BMA, MTA, or in a similar environment). * Knowledge of current IVD assay trends. * Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. * Experience with market analyses and the creation of technical articles for laboratory media and conferences is an advantage. * Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and ability to work in a team. Your education: * Completed scientific or medical/technical studies, ideally with training in biomedical analytics, laboratory management, or R&D in the IVD field.
