We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Independent Sales Agent to lead our market expansion in Austria. This is a unique opportunity to represent a respected international brand and shape local sales operations with a high degree of autonomy. Independent Sales Agent - Austria (Plumbing, Sanitary & Heating Sector) Your Responsibilities Sales & Market Development Identify new business opportunities, customer segments and distribution channels. Conduct market research and evaluate regional market conditions. Create and implement a tailored sales strategy aligned with Ferros business goals. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients. Conduct product presentations, on-site visits, and technical training. Ensure client satisfaction and respond proactively to support needs or complaints. Operational & Strategic Support Monitor market trends and provide regular reports. Propose discount strategies and credit limits. Support debt collection and payment reliability. Internal Collaboration & Representation Collaborate with internal teams and share market insights. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Promote our company values and quality standards in all client-facing activities. Your Profile We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with: A technical or commercial background. At least 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the plumbing/heating/sanitary industry. Proven success in the Austrian market and strong client service orientation. Excellent negotiation, planning, and presentation skills. Native German and fluent English (B2/C1). A valid Category B driving license and readiness for business travel. Residence in Austria, preferably in the Vienna area (Wien and surroundings), to ensure proximity to key clients and efficient market coverage.
