What's on Offer: Company van and fuel card provided Tools and uniform supplied Permanent contract with full-time hours Variety of electrical work in tenanted and void properties Supportive working environment with opportunities for career development Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in domestic social housing properties Complete periodic testing and inspection reports (EICRs) Respond to reactive and planned works Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff Maintain accurate records of work completed Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential) Experience in domestic electrical work, ideally within social housing Full UK driving licence (essential) Strong customer service skills and a professional approach Ability to work independently and manage your own workload If this role is for you then please apply via the link or email
