Job Title: CSCS Painter – Residential Project Location: Blackburn Rate: £180-190 per day Employment Type: Contract About the Role: We're seeking a skilled CSCS Painter to work on a high-quality residential project. The work will focus on detailed finishing, including painting frames, skirting boards, and architraves , so attention to detail and a professional finish are essential. Key Responsibilities: Carry out detailed painting and decorating work in residential properties. Prep and paint frames, skirting boards, architraves, and other woodwork. Ensure all surfaces are prepared to a high standard before painting. Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. Adhere to site safety procedures and keep work areas clean and tidy. Requirements: Valid CSCS card (essential). Proven painting and decorating experience, particularly in residential settings. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-end finishes. Own tools and full PPE. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
