HGV Class 1 Driver - immediate starts in Burton-on-Trent - £18.04 and £20.79 per hour. Pure Staff are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Driver for a huge Distribution company based in Burton on Trent. Our client is one of the UK's biggest Hauliers and have a very good reputation for looking after their employees based on the positive feedback from candidates. MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORK ONLY HGV Class 1 Driver Pay rates- Days: £18.04 per hour Monday to Friday between 04.00-21.00 Nights: £20.79 per hour Monday to Friday between 21.00-04.00 Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book holiday. Duties of a HGV Class 1 Driver- Multi-drop store deliveries of cages 3-4 drops per shift as well as a collection Handball involved on all deliveries Modern, well looked after trucks Curtain sider vehicles Start times can vary but we are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver who are available to start between 01:00 and 04:00am. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average. The ideal HGV Class 1 Drivers will have- A valid HGV CE Class 1 Driving License A minimum of 6 Months experience is essential Valid CPC Card Valid Digital Card Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.
