HGV Class 1 Driver - Ongoing Work Available Location: Leicester Recruiter: Pure Staff Birmingham Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing) Start Times: Between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (Monday to Friday - Days) About the Role Pure Staff Birmingham are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to support one of our valued customers in the Leicester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for regular and ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position . Job Duties Up to 2-3 deliveries or collections per shift Nationwide deliveries (UK-wide) Long hours - flexibility required Curtain-sided trailer work Strapping and securing loads safely Completing vehicle checks Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Valid UK Category CE (Class 1) Licence Valid Digi Tachograph Card and Driver CPC Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience Aged 21 (for insurance purposes) No more than 3 penalty points on your licence Strong reliability and punctuality Flexibility with shift patterns Shift Pattern Monday to Friday only Start times vary between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Ongoing work with regular start times Pay and Benefits £18.00 per hour (Monday to Friday - Days) Weekly pay Access to an exclusive employee perks scheme after your first payment (discounts on electronics, travel, clothing, entertainment, fitness & more) Interested?
