Role : Diesel Mechanic - Trade Test - Diesel and Petrol Location: Kokstad - Kwa - Zulu Natal Qualification: Qualified petrol and diesel mechanic Trade Test Must have institutional (workshop) training Requirements: Red Seal Certified Diesel Mechanic 10 years' proven experience as a Workshop Foreman, Strong diagnostic skills Experience using Automotive System Excellent leadership and team management abilities Role & Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the workshop team to ensure efficient operations Allocate and manage daily workflow and tasks for technicians Perform complex diagnostics and oversee vehicle repairs Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity Liaise with clients and ensure excellent customer service Manage workshop inventory , tools, and equipment Monitor and report on workshop performance and productivity Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
