Farm Manager

Description: Oversee day-to-day farm operations and staff management. Carry out and coordinate maintenance and repair work, including: Plumbing Electrical work Fence maintenance Construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, general upgrades) Mechanical repairs and upkeep of farm vehicles, machinery, and equipment Manage livestock and wildlife (game and cattle), ensuring their health and well-being. Coordinate visitor and guest management, including: Handling bookings Preparing accommodations and facilities Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Communicate effectively with the owner, staff, and guests to ensure smooth farm operations. Support and implement farm improvements as required. Requirements: Proven experience in farm management or a similar role. Strong technical, construction, and mechanical skills. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and fencing. Knowledge of animal husbandry. Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Ability to handle both practical tasks and administrative duties. Flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to work closely with the owner.
