Job Description

Sales Consultants KZN Basic Salary plus Commission Key Responsibilities (KPIs): 1. Customer Portfolio Management Organize and control customer interactions using historical data and planned visits. Use reports to plan visits, maintain service quality, and manage budgets. 2. Sales Execution Sell products/services by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions. Prepare for calls, understand customer needs, introduce products, and follow up. 3. Administration Maintain accurate records, process orders, and manage reports. Update customer data, handle quotations, contracts, and expense reports. 4. Inbound Call Handling Resolve queries, provide product info, and manage delivery arrangements. Address delivery issues, stock queries, and customer messages. 5. Promote products to new and existing clients. 6. Communication Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients. Foster good relationships with internal staff and client departments. Performance Criteria: Daily customer visits and professional conduct. Achievement of sales targets. Accurate order processing and contract updates. Prompt and courteous call handling. Adherence to company policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal relationships and company representation. Skills & Knowledge Required: Critical Skills: Valid drivers license Computer literacy Strong communication and customer service skills Sales and planning abilities Business calculations (GP, sales-to-expense ratios) Knowledge: Product and pricing details CRM system usage Company policies and services Delivery logistics Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Qualification: Matric Preferred: Sales and Marketing Diploma Experience: At least 5 years in a relevant role
