General Manager – Manufacturing

Technical Expertise: Materials performance, coatings and industrial fabrication. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino). Basic engineering principles: stress points, load calculations and material strength. Machine operation and maintenance (sewing, welding, cutting, assembly). Rigging and installation techniques. Health & safety compliance (OHS, ISO 9001). Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Drive company performance, growth, and operational efficiency. Production & Operations: Ensure quality, timely delivery, lean processes, and compliance. Sales & Export: Grow domestic and international sales, strengthen customer relationships, and maintain export standards. Finance & Commercial: Manage budgets, P&L, and cost efficiency. Key Requirements Senior management experience in manufacturing (textiles, industrial equipment, or related). Technical proficiency: drawings, CAD, machine operations.
