New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive (Kia)

A leading automotive dealership is seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join their PreOwned Vehicle division in Springs . The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, a passion for customer service, and the drive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of new and used vehicles, achieving monthly unit targets. Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally. Guide customers through the full sales process, from test drives to finance and delivery. Maintain product and industry knowledge to support sales. Ensure compliance with internal systems and dealership standards. Requirements: Previous experience in vehicle sales. Proven track record of achieving 8 units per month. Knowledge of Seriti System and CMS (advantageous). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work in a high-performance sales environment.
