Doctor Detailing Sales Representative (Rx)

The Doctor Detailing (Rx) Representative is responsible for educating, promoting, and detailing the clients pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, in their assigned territory. The role involves building strong professional relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Key Responsibilities : Product Detailing & Education Relationship Building & Territory Management Sales & Performance Monitoring Training & Development Compliance & Ethics Pharmacovigilance Required Qualifications & Skills Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a medical science field (Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, or related discipline). Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals. Ability to absorb and relay complex medical information effectively. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while being a team player. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
