Job Description
Requirements Minimum of 35 years experience in a restaurant management or senior supervisory role within a full-service or high-volume establishment. Working knowledge of GAAP or Dawn Plan POS systems. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for cost tracking and reporting. Strong operational understanding, including stock management, cash control, and service coordination. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams of 1525 staff members. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant to maintain service and operational standards. Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and staff performance to meet operational requirements Oversee stock control, supplier coordination, and cost management to achieve budgeted targets. Assist with financial reporting, including daily cash-ups, sales summaries, and cost analysis. Handle customer service matters professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
