Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function from budgeting and forecasting to monthly reporting. Ensure alignment with IFRS standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Deliver strategic financial analysis to support executive and operational decisions. Lead and mentor a small finance team, driving accuracy and efficiency. Job Experience and Skills Required: A BCom in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (essential). 57 years of experience in finance, including 3 years in a leadership role. Solid background in consumer lending, microlending, or financial services. Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge. A strategic thinker whos equally comfortable in the details.
