Deliver training and ensure product understanding. Achieve sales targets and monitor performance. Monitor and ensure compliance with respect to FAIS, FICA and other relevant legislation. Adhere to company rules and standards. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Additional Language(s) will be advantageous. At least 2 years experience in Funeral Insurance.
