Job Description
Duties: Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal protocols. Develop and implement food safety and quality management procedures and guidelines. Monitor and document production processes to ensure product consistency and quality. Train staff on food safety standards, regulations, and best practices. Address and resolve quality control issues, ensuring timely corrective actions. Perform regular audits and internal checks to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with production and management teams to improve operational efficiency. Maintain records of inspections, audits, and quality control reports for review. Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety and quality control within the food manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and other relevant certifications. Ability to perform detailed inspections and audits. Knowledge of relevant food safety laws and regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
