Head of Production – aeronautical sector Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the production areas (mechanical, surface treatments, testing/assembly) with around 150 direct resources. Ensure efficiency and quality of production processes in line with aeronautical standards and requirements. Work closely with internal functions, ensuring alignment with industrial plans and a strong focus on cash flow. Foster a positive, constructive, and conflict-free working environment, enhancing people’s skills and strengthening ties with the local community. Monitor productivity, cost, time, and quality KPIs, with strong focus on results and goal orientation. Support the Operations Director in defining improvement plans and in the development of expansion projects. Requirements Degree in technical disciplines. At least 15 years of experience in production roles within the aeronautical sector or comparable industries with high technical complexity. Knowledge of systems. Strong knowledge of industrial processes and production technologies. Collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and people-oriented approach. Strong results orientation, financial and economic awareness, and efficient resource management. Authority, balance, and ability to operate effectively in evolving contexts.
