Job Description

Be among the first 25 applicants (2 days ago). Overview On site, full-time role in Italy focused on building generic sales, managing current product sales and pipeline, and expanding the portfolio. You will report to the local Country Manager and collaborate with the Director, B2B and GxCH European big 5 sales, regional teams, and launch teams to drive hospital-based growth for generic and consumer health products. Responsibilities Build new generic sales in Italy and be responsible for the sales of our current products and pipeline. Reinforce understanding of local medicine procurement processes and medicine use in hospitals. Launch new products and develop the existing portfolio. Participate in on-site, full-time activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Gather and analyze market information to build commercial understanding of the market you are responsible for. Monitor regional and country-level market changes and tendering processes; share best practices within the hospital network. Support sales and portfolio development and new launches by understanding customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends. Identify new business opportunities in value-add medicines for hospital use; support business case preparations for decision making. Forecast sales for current and new products and communicate needs to realize planned sales; prioritize portfolio flow aligned with generic business goals. Ensure timely commercialization of products with regional sales operations and lifecycle management activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent education relevant to the role. Several years of experience in generic hospital products sales in Italy. Strong understanding of European generic business, regulatory and compliance guidelines for generic products. Deep knowledge of hospital organization, medicine procurement, healthcare distribution channels, and healthcare environment. Ability to prepare and present reports and support business case development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage and prioritize independent work. Good collaboration skills for internal and external relationship building. Strong written and verbal communication; English fluency plus fluency in the local country language; willingness to travel for business.
